C Montoya Photo Claudia Montoya is Family Partner for the Youth Service Bureau (YSB)  assigned to the Building Blocks for Kids Collaborative (BBK). In her  current role, Claudia manages the recruitment and training of families for  the Emerging Technology Plan for Family Inclusion (ETPFI). Prior to joining  the BBK Collaborative, Claudia worked for YSB’s Wraparound program  which serves families with emotional and behavioral challenges. Claudia  is currently working towards her AA degree at Contra Costa Community  College. Claudia and her family are active members of their community  and have lived in Richmond since 1995.
