Rosemary is a human resources leader where she has been responsible for creating, managing, and implementing general HR policies and procedures for medium-to-large companies.

Additionally, Rosemary has worked as a Montessori preschool teacher, a Museum Specialist for the National Park Service and a substitute teacher in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. Born and raised in El Cerrito, she attended El Cerrito High School (class of '91!) and currently resides in Richmond, CA.
