Evaluation is integrated into all FIERCE Advocates activities. Our Evaluation Team collaborates with staff to discover new ideas and ensure residents feel supported and engaged throughout their relationship with FIERCE Advocates, from point of entry (registration) to evaluation. Central to this support is an ongoing investment in maintaining an accessible environment from interpretation and translation to competent and consistent developmental child watch.
Growing With Community Feedback
We commit to providing the best relevant programming that meets the evolving needs of individuals and families. Staff has ongoing communication with residents about how their individualized programs are progressing to ensure mutually established goals are achieved FIERCE Advocates continues to maintain the momentum established among family leaders while achieving a climate of trust and transparency. Evaluation practices that encourage participation and transparency will continue to be central to FIERCE Advocates’ programs.
